Special Non-Immigrant Visa pursuant Sec. 47(a)(2) of the Philippine Immigration Act
This visa can be issued to aliens who
are assigned to work in Regional or Area Headquarters of
multi-national companies which are duly registered in the Board of
Investments.
This is issued to alien personnel of offshore banks duly which are licensed by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas to operate as an offshore banking unit.

and Working Visa
This visa is issued foreign nationals
who are doing business or employed at companies whisch are
registered in
Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority
and
Clark Special Economic Zone.
